I keep running into this issue where I have dozens of huge files scattered across my Mac, and it’s becoming a nightmare to manage them. I’ve tried the Finder and a few apps, but nothing seems intuitive. Is there a way to handle multiple cloud and local storage locations efficiently without constantly juggling windows?

Absolutely, this is a common struggle for anyone dealing with large datasets or multiple storage sources. One approach is using a dual-pane file manager that integrates cloud services, letting you move files between locations without opening a dozen Finder windows. For Mac users, Commander One https://commander-one.com/mega-client-for-mac/ is a strong option, combining local and cloud storage management with a clean, navigable interface. It supports multiple cloud accounts simultaneously, batch operations, and even advanced search, which makes keeping everything organized far less painful. With these tools, you’re not just dragging files around blindly—you can really structure your workflow and avoid duplicated content or accidental overwrites.

Sometimes the easiest way to stay productive is to set up a consistent folder structure and regularly archive old files, so searching later doesn’t feel like digging through chaos.
