Yes, mobile sales are increasingly taking place under cover at events and festivals, and street vendors typically don't have the ability to print on a mobile printer with a standard part number or product label. For example, a compact battery-powered thermal printer for mobile sales allows for quick printing outdoors. For mobile sales, consider a thermal label printer that's lightweight, weather-resistant (dust and moisture resistant), quick and easy to charge, and has a long battery life.

Yes, compact thermal printers for mobile sales do exist, and many of them are battery-powered and print quickly. Their main advantage is mobility. You can take orders and immediately print receipts or labels right outside. However, working outdoors has its own challenges. Moisture and high humidity can affect heat-sensitive paper, dust and dirt can clog the mechanism, and unstable power supply or a dead battery can interrupt operation.

Are there truly compact thermal printers for mobile sales that can be powered by batteries and print quickly outdoors?
What are the pitfalls of working outdoors—humidity, dust, unstable power supply—and how do experienced users avoid them?
